My absolute fave out of Clint’s three new recipes, the SMOKED OUT CAESAR!

the ingredients:

1 oz. Avion Blanco Tequila

2 dashes bitters / liquid smoke

3 dashes Chipotle sauce

3 dashes sea salt and cracked black pepper

4 oz. Mott’s Clamato

Ground Bacon, Smoked Paprika, Rosemary

Baby Dill Pickle, Smoked Cheddar Cheese (or GOUDA?!)

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass full of ice.  Roll three times or stir well.  Rim with ground bacon (!), smoked paprika and rosemary, and garnish with a slice of smoked cheddar sandwiched between two slices of a baby dill pickle.

If there’s anything I like more than Caesars, it’s CHEESE…. and bacon makes everything better
