Created on New Year’s Day 2012 at Casa Paul y Laire
rim the glass with orange wedge, dip in chili powder
add 2.5 oz. Appleton Rum (or any brand of rum, that’s just what we happened to have left from the revelry the night before!)
fresh chopped garlic, preferably grown in Canada!
fill with spicy Clamato, garnish with orange slice and enjoy with friends while playing cards… all. day. long.
